We do not know how to explain it, but this room, particularly popular with young couples, has a very intimate atmosphere, hence its name. Perhaps this is due to its atypical height of 1.90 m and its shower room that we wanted to open onto the bedroom. With its Périgord stone wall and industrial-style glass roof, L'Intime offers a soft blend of authenticity and modernity, accentuated by its walnut furniture and contemporary decoration. Restored from the original building, its thick stone walls ensure a much appreciated freshness during the summer. Its private access and its exterior terrace finish seducing our guests.

Our youngest completed in June 2020. You will understand, we named it for its very comfortable area of 29 m2, its private terrace of 19 m2 on with an authentic Swedish SPA heated by wood. We wanted for this new room to reconnect with the medieval architectural style, characteristic of the dovecotes of Périgord. Its impressive oak frame rivals its very trendy and contemporary layout and decoration. Built on stilts, its high position offers you a breathtaking view of the Dordogne valley, Castelnaud castle and the village of La Roque-Gageac. Luxury, well-being and cocooning atmosphere guaranteed!

GENERAL INFORMATION ON OUR BED AND BREAKFAST
Unfortunately, because of our bedrooms and land configuration, we are unable to welcome young children. Teenagers over 13 will be welcome in a separate room.
All the rooms and the house are non smoking places.
Animals are not allowed.
Access by car: our house has a breathtaking view over the Dordogne valley. To access it, a 20-metre reversing manoeuvre is necessary. A free car park is also at your disposal 80 meters from the house.
On request: emergency shaving and teeth cleaning kit
Check-in from 5 to 7 pm.
Contact us in case of early or late arrival
You can leave your luggage with us before check-in and after check-out depending on the booking schedule.
Room to be vacated by 11:00 am on the day of departure.
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE OF OUR GUEST HOUSE
Reservation:
Payment by credit card of a deposit of 40%. Your room will be immediately blocked and you will be sure that it cannot be reserved by someone else (VISA, Mastercard or American Express).
Balance payment methods:
By check (only on a French bank), holiday vouchers, bank transfer, cash or CB (VISA, Mastercard or American Express).
Modification of stay :
More than 20 days before the arrival date: no charge will be applied
At 20 days or less, a lump sum of 50 euros for administration fees will be retained.
Cancellation of stay :
More than 20 days before the arrival date: your deposit will be refunded and no fees will be applied.
20 days and 6 days from the date of arrival: 60% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.
5 days and 0 days from the date of arrival: 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.
The cancellation of a reservation will only become effective after confirmation by Email by Les Hauts de Gageac.
In the event of a no-show, Les Hauts de Gageac reserves the right to charge the entire amount of the stay from your credit card.
Interruption of stay:
In the event of interruption of the current stay, 100% of the amount of the remaining stay will be charged.
